The Heat-Tech® Z-1 is a single-zone easy-to-use mobile heating element system. Consisting of a small powerful resistive heating control unit and a flexible silicone heating blanket with integrated temperature sensors. The complete heating process can be easily processed and controlled over WiFi with App by using any mobile device. Process data will be automatically recorded by the system in an integrated SD card.

Airtac 2 Improved is a mist spray rubber adhesive designed for temporary bonds. Airtac 2 Improved can be used on materials needing extra tack for placement on vertical or difficult surface areas. This product is ideally suited for tool shop applications such as temporary placement of details and pattern fabrication. Airtac 2 Improved meets many of the low VOC state restrictions for aerosol products.

Note: The product will only be available in US, Mexico and China. For Europe, please ask for details on Airtac 2 LH.

Wrightlease 4 is an extruded fluoropolymer film coated with silicone pressure sensitive adhesive. The orange color is highly visible on most substrates in addition to offering high elongation and tensile strength.

OOA Beta Prepreg is a new benzoxazine formulation that allows autoclave and out of autoclave (OOA) processing. OOA Beta Prepreg offers long term storage at room temperature. OOA Beta Prepreg has low resin shrinkage during cure and has a high glass transition temperature.

OOA Beta Prepreg TMBG-3 is a light weight prepreg for surface plies.

OOA Beta Prepreg TMBG-6 is a medium weight prepreg used for cauls and tools that are post machined.

OOA Beta Prepreg TMBG-12 is a heavy weight prepreg that can be used in conjunction with the two prepregs above or alone for tools that are post machined.

OOA Beta Prepregs can be processed outside of the autoclave.
Longer prepreg outlife allows for easy shipping and less time spent shuttling material in and out freezers and more time spent on actually fabricating the mold.

Vac Saver HT is a one way valve usable to protect vacuum bagged parts against vacuum loss which are multiple connected to a vacuum source. In case of a vacuum loss in a part which is connected to the same vacuum source, the Vac Saver HT closes automatically and protects this part against vacuum loss. Vac Saver HT can be used in combination with our quick disconnectors like AQD500TF, Airlock 450TF or 550TF and our Airflow vacuum hoses.

Benefits:

Safer vacuum bagging process due to strong reduction of vacuum level changes for the vacuum bagged parts connected to one vacuum source.
Reduce risk of part lost and scrap if one or more parts are connected to the same vacuum line.

Corehold P-HA is a core holding film designed to hold honeycomb core and other core materials during machining. It is a polyester film coated on one side with a silicone free synthetic rubber adhesive. The film is supplied with a yellow backing release paper on one side. Corehold P-HA provides a very high peel adhesion and is ideal for strong fixation and machining of core when a vacuum table is utilized. It works well especially on contoured applications and has very high adhesion properties while leaving very little residue.

Benefits:

High temperature and super strong tape can be used for fixing material position during machine processes.
No movement of cores during machining on vacuum chucks, helps improve part quality and avoid process errors.
Silicone free rubber based adhesive, making removal and clean up easier after use.

Vac Valve 429 SS HTR was designed for high temperature cures where standard valves with silicone rubber seals fail. Vac Valve 429 SS HTR is to be used for direct connection to vacuum hoses instead of complex and expensive coupling systems. Vac Valve 429 SS HTR is usable up to 900°F (482°C) in combination with new high performance graphite seals. This valve can be directly screwed to our Airflow 800 or BBH1080 hoses which provide a safe connection for high temperature processes, such as thermoplastics. Graphite seals for high temperature use are easy to replace and can be ordered separately.
